Goodbye to 6th class 2023

“And now, the end is near….” No, the end has come for 6th class 2023. Lisaniskey has said goodbye to Alice, Cara, Carolin, Cillian, Claire, Dara, Dylan, Eva, Harry, James, Joe, Laura, Luke, Michael, Niamh, and Olivia. They are leaving, and we are both sad, and happy. They move on to secondary school as part of growing up. Before they left, however, there were gifts to be given, T-shirts to be signed, a video to watch, and, of course, there had to be cake. Here is the link to the YouTube video Mr Dervan put together of their time in the school, and below are some photographs from today, as 6th class spent their final hours in Lisaniskey. In the great traditions of science fiction, “May the Force be with you,” and “Live long and prosper.”
