First Holy Communion 2021

Last Saturday, September 11th was the day the children of 2nd class from the 2020-2021 school year finally made their First Holy Communion. Fr Pravin was away, but Fr Joe Fitzgerald proved a more than able deputy. He visited us in the school a few times to meet us, and get to know us, and to help us prepare for the Sacrament.
Everyone in the class did a great job on their prayers, readings and other little jobs, and the whole ceremony went really well. When the Mass was over, we all got down to the serious business of celebrating. But first, there was the photo shoot. Don’t we look lovely????
